With over 25 years of experience in all types of residential construction, Mike Sanderson is ideally suited to describe the nuts and bolts of residential rental properties, having been personally involved in all aspects of the operations many times over. He is the CEO of a family business that owns, manages and maintains over 100 revenue producing rental units -- a majority being single-family residences that were purchased in disrepair.
